PAYMENT METHODS
BS WATCH accepts the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (please contact us for details).
- VISA / MASTERCARD bank cards
- PayPal (payment option is possible only for accessories)
DELIVERY DELAY
Delivery time is normally 1-7 working days. However, it may take longer due to possible customs formalities.
SHIPPING FEES
Watches:
1) For France: Delivery is 45€
2) For other countries: 45€ (the European Union), 45€ (Overseas)
Accessories :
1) For France: FREE
2) For other countries: 8 EUR
Shipping costs would be calculated automatically at checkout based on the total amount of your cart.
PARCEL TRACKING
At any time you can track the delivery of your package by:
1. Clicking on one of the following sites: a) FedEx, b) DHL, c) Chronopost
2. Type your tracking number and click OK button.
ASSURANCE D'EXPEDITION
Each package is insured in case of loss or damage. Shipping accidents are extremely rare.
If you do not receive the order after 14 days from the shipping date, please contact us. We will sort it out.
If you received the package with items damaged or missing part, send a damage report to your local post office or carrier. The value indicated on your invoice will be refunded.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
We are committed to preserving the confidentiality of your purchases and your actions on our online site. We do not communicate any of your personal information to third parties.
RETURN POLICY
1. Contact us (by email) in the deadline for 14 days after receipt of the package to obtain return authorization. All returned items must be posted within 7 days of receipt of return authorization.
2. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging or similar.
3. Send the item(s) by insured post (La Poste Internationale express service only). Insure the item(s) for their full value (the amount shown on the invoice you paid).
4. You will be refunded (shipping costs not included) within 10 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
REMARKS :
- BBA WATCH reserves the right to refuse a return if the customer has not received authorization from us to return the item(s).
- We are not responsible for items sent not being insured or by other delivery services. Send the item(s) with postage prepaid.
- Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges, as well as the risk of loss of the returned product during shipping.
- If any component of the returned product is missing, it is BBA WATCH's policy to, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse the full return or elect to impose additional charges on the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).
